Safety is often common sense, but complying with laws, regulations, and standards can be overwhelming. We understand the hurdles growing businesses face and want to help. Scout was created to support businesses in their efforts to provide safe workplaces and remain OSHA compliant.
Scout makes safety simple by managing occupational, health, and safety operations so businesses can focus on providing their services.
The available services allow for different levels of management. Choose one or two and get your safety program started, strengthen current operations, or ease the workload of an employee tasked with OSHA compliance duties. Use all available services and to have your own in-house EHS professional.
OSHA recordkeeping and reporting requirements are determined by the severity of injuries. Scout will manage all OSHA logs (300, 301, 300A) and perform all auxiliary duties, i.e. investigate incidents, track near misses, report injuries, and submit logs.
If OSHA visited today, would they find any violations? A safety audit will review your current safety programs, assess possible hazards and suggest potential means of controlling hazards to reduce likelihood of injury.
Many companies are required to have certain safety programs written and available to employees. Scout will write programs and provide training materials to educate employees on the expectations of the program.
